Open Water

Open Water

Open Water is a 2003 true story drama psychological horror film loosely based on the true story of an American couple, Tom and Eileen Lonergan, who in 1998 went out with a scuba diving group, Outer Edge Dive Company, on the Great Barrier Reef. Before filming began, the Lonergans' experience was re-created for an episode of ABC's 20/20, and the segment was repeated after the release of Open Water. Clips from the film were also featured on NBC in Troubled Waters. A couple decides to go out to sea and explore the life there. It all appears great and they have fun seeng the different fishes in the sea and how it is below the water. But, when the tour boat suddenly leaves from them they are left for themselves, having only eachother to rely on. What will happen to them? Will they survive? Will the tour boat come back? A scary movie based on true events, a must see for all horror fans.
