The Girl Next Door

The movie is about a high school senior who falls in love for the first time of his life with his neighbour, but he finds the situation becoming complicated after he realizes that she is a former porn actress. High school senior Matthew Kidman is accepted to Georgetown University, but he can't afford the tuition. He raises $25,000 in order to bring a bsmart Cambodian student, Samnang, to study in the United States, but finds little else truly valuable about his school experience. His life changes suddenly when Danielle, the porn actress, moves in next door. Matthew witnesses her undressing her clothes from his own bedroom window..
